After you place an order in a US online store, you could use this box to notice us about your order. We will help you to track it and our warehouse will get ready to receive it according to the tracking result. (Please note that you are not required to enter your order information in this box, we will still receive your package for you if it is arrived. But we strongly recommended you to do so for helping us to offer a better service to you.)

• My Box:

You can check the status of your order in this box. After it arrived, we will update the status of this order and you could arrange a shipment. If you cancel the order from your seller, you can also use the cancel button to cancel the order information in our system.

• Pay My Fee:

In this box, you can make any payment. (For setup fee, account fee, shipping fee or credit deposit)

• History:

You can see all the history about your account including payment history, shipping history and etc.

• My Profile:

You can change your personal information, payment information, shipping information and membership plan anytime.

But some functions will be restricted if your account is not verified without some necessary verification processes and documents:

• Without "Form 1583" and at least two valid "photo ID", you cannot request us to receive a USPS package or mail for you.

• Without "credit card verification", you cannot make any payment with your credit card.

• Without membership fee, you are not allowed to arrange any international shipment.

You will just need to send an E-mail to Sales@AIEus.com to notice us. We will refund the membership fee if you cancel the service in 30 days from registration, and there are no any activities in your account. If we get any package or arrange any shipment for you in 30 days after registration, we cannot refund the membership fee.

Log in your account. Click "My Profile" in the menu at the left side of your user panel. There is a box named "Registration Type". You can choose your favorite membership type and the method you pay for your account fee (annually or lifetime).

If you choose a higher level membership, you will need to go to "Payment" box and pay the additional setup fee and account fee.

1. Contact your credit card company and add your AIEUS Address as a secondary billing address.
2. When you buy from U.S. retailers, your AIEUS shipping address will match your records on file with the credit card company.
3. Use your AIEUS address as your shipping address when checkout.

If your Credit Card Company does not offer a secondary ship to or billing address and the US seller does not accept your credit card, you can also use our "Personal Assistant Service" to purchase from U.S. retailers. With this service, we purchase the merchandise for you with our company credit card. You will need to prepay your shopping cost before we place the order for you.

If you have received an order that you would like to return, you will need to email us and arrange to send the items back to our facility in New York. When we receive the item(s), our operations team will prepare and return the items back to the seller for you.

However, please make sure to contact the seller beforehand to notify them that you will be retuning the item(s) since many stores require you to return within 30 days of the order date. We are not responsible for any damage or loss of your returning package.

Yes, we are willing to help you to return your package for you. But you will be charged for the returning shipping fee if exists.

Many US sellers will offer free return shipping label. If you have that you can scan it and send to us.

Our warehouse open 7 days a week except US national holiday. Weekday open time is 9am - 6pm, weekend open time is 10am - 6pm. Usually if a shipment couldn't be delivered to your address, it is because it was attempted to be delivered after/before warehouse open time. However, please be advised that shipments that could not be delivered to our location usually can be delivered to us the following day, therefore you do not have to arrange for re-delivery.For packages delivered at weekend, we will register on Monday.

Once a Personal AssistantService order has been processed we may not be able to cancel it with the seller. Please check with the individual website you wish to order from regarding their cancellation policy. Changes cannot be made once a Personal Shopper order is successfully processed.

If you decide that you do not want the order, please notify our customer service to have the order returned once it arrives in your mailbox. All shipping fees to return the order will be paid by you. Actually, if there is any damage or missing of your package, we will help our customer claim with the carrier. We suggest customer check your package before sign and accept the package. If there's any damage, you can sign with "damaged box/ or missing piece". This might help your further claim with the carrier companies. Usually carriers will refund damaged or missing products at the value you insured or declared in commercial invoice.

Please note AIEus.com cannot guarantee the claim result. All the claim process must follow the claim process of each carrier company.

We provide free insurance up to $100 declared value. If your item value is over $100, you can purchase insurance to protect the value of your shipment. Relevant fee is $2 for each additional $100 declared value. For example, if the item value is $300, we charge $4 insurance fee. Insurance service is not available for USPS shipments.

AIEus will not be responsible for items that are delayed, confiscated, or produce excessive duties due to customs regulations or customs difficulties. We will always try to consolidate your items into one box as your instruction.

Our shipping rates (per pound) decrease as the box weight increases so it is almost always to your benefit to have one large box sent instead of several small boxes. We will not charge you any consolidation handling fee for the first two packages for each shipment. For additional packages in each shipment, we will charge you $2/package.

For express shipments, our primary couriers are DHL and FedEx. Our system will select the most economical courier

All international carriers base their shipping rates on the greater of Actual Weight and Dimensional Weight. Actual Weight is the weight of the package when put on a scale. Dimensional Weight is based on the size of the package. Large items that have a small Actual Weight, like pillows and lamp shades, will have a larger Dimensional Weight.

To determine if dimensional weight applies to your package, followthese steps:

1. Dimensional weight is calculatedby multiplying length by width by height of each package.
2. Divide the cubic size by 139 (if measured in inches) or by 5,000(if measured in centimeters),rounding up to the nearest whole pound.This is the dimensional weight of your package.
3. Compare this number with the actual weight of your package.Price your shipment based on the greater of the two values.

1. Bank will charge $15 operation fee for each transaction. So, ifsend $10 registering fee, you have to input $25 to make the transactionsuccessfully.

Log in your account online and go to "My Profile" section. You will find your payment information in the "My Profile" page. You can update your credit card information in the "Payment Method" section and click "Submit".

Please note that after each time you update your credit card information, you need to go through the credit card verification process from the start again.

Note that the conformation number in this systems means:

• Western Union: Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN)
• PayPal: Unique Transaction ID
• Wire Transfer: Confirmation Number or Receipt Number (this may vary with different banks)

For Visa, MasterCard, and Discover cards, the card code is the last 3 digit number located on the back of your card on or above your signature line. For an American Express card, it is the 4 digits on the FRONT above the end of your card number.

For each Wire Transfer payment, we will charge you $15 handling fee. Please make sure that you have transferred additional $15 to us in each Wire Transfer payment to let us accept your payment.

For other kind of payments, we do not charge you any handling fee.

AIEUS allow you to deposit credits in your account. Next time if you need to make any payment, we could charge yourcredits directly. You do not need to wait several days for us to accept your payment again and again. Moreover, we are offering a promotion to credit deposit.

You will need to change the currency to US dollars and then enter the amount into the system. Please do not enter the amount in your local currency.

For our security and your convenience, we set this process to verify your credit card.

1. When a new credit card is submitted, a charge of between US $0.1 and US $9.9 is charged to the card.
2. We willrefund same amount to your creditcard after 24 hours.
3. We will send you an email to notify the charge and provideinstructions for completing the verification process.Meanwhile, you can see notification in your user dashboard.
4. You check yourcredit card online statement or call your credit card bank, and find the verification amount we charged from your credit card.
5. After you find how much we charged your credit card. Please access your AIEus.com user dashboard, and enter the amount in "Credit Card Verification" box. Or you can send email with your account number, the verification amount with last four digits of your credit card number.
6. Our system confirms the amount entered matches the amount we charged, and approves the credit card for use.

• Please note your credit card will be shown additional handling fees, please make sure the amount you provide to us does not include the handling fee.
• Please note that the amount you enter into our system should be in US dollar instead of your local currency.

There are several possible reasons for us to deny a credit card payment:

1. Your credit card is not verified. You will need to verify your credit card first.
2. Credit card company declined the charge.

You are always able to make a payment with any method you want. But for your convenience and our security, we strongly recommend you to use your primary payment method.

Please note that if you register with a wire transfer/western union/PayPal as your primary payment method and want to change to use a credit card to make the payment, you have to go through the credit card verification process first.

According to the USPS policy and US federal law, you will need to provide a completed form 1583 and 2 ID (at least one must have picture with it). Otherwise, we are illegal to receive your USPS package.
