ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS OF SERVICE

The services offered by AIE Inc. d/b/a AIEus.com ("AIEus.com")  at www.AIEus.com, any sub-domains and Top Level Domains (TLD), are provided to you ("Customer") under the terms and conditions of this Terms of Service ("Terms of Service"), and any operating rules or policies that may be published by at the URL: www.AIEus.com (the "Service"). The Terms of Service comprises the entire agreement between you and AIEus.com, and supersedes all prior agreements between the parties regarding the subject matter contained herein.BY OPENING AN ACCOUNT WITH AIEus.com OR USING www.AIEus.com, CUSTOMER AGREES TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AT ALL TIMES.

AGENCY AND SERVICE

By completing the registration process, customer hereby makes, constitutes and appointsAIEus.com, acting through any of its authorized persons, customer’s true and lawful agent for the receipt of mail and packages. AIEus.com may not accept USPS package and mail until customer provides form 1583, and relevant document requested by form 1583, authorizing AIEus.com to accept package and mail on behalf of customer.

AIEus.com provides Service under this Terms of Service pursuant to one or more Service Plans. Customer hereby subscribes for Service under the Service Plan chosen by Customer when registering for an account. AIEus.com Service include providing U.S. address, accepting mail and packages, sorting and consolidating packages, and shipping packages to customer’s local address or specified local address during business hours. AIEuse.com also provides customer personal assistant service. Please refer to detailed personal assistant service term.

SECURITY

Customer shall maintain the security and confidentiality of the login ID and password.Customer may change password or any other account information at any time by login customer’s account at AIEus.com.

PAYMENT

Customer shall pay the setup fee to activate the account and use AIEus.com service.Customer agrees to pay all setup fees, monthly fees, shipping fees and other charges incurred for the Service Plan chosen by Customer and/or for all Service provided.

If pay by credit card, customer agrees to provide correct credit card information for verification and payment. Customer authorizes AIEus.com to charge his/her credit card for setup up fee, account fee, shipping and handling charges, and charges for any Additional / Optional Services selected by the Member. Customer authorizes and acknowledges AIEus.com can keep his/her credit card information in database.

MEMBERSHIP RENEW, CHANGE AND TERMINATION

All Service Plans automatically renew every month unless customer cancelled by written notice (email, fax or letter) to AIEus.com.

Standard customer can request to change the membership to Premium or Business Class Service, and pay the difference of setup fee and the account monthly fee toactivate the new service plan. Standard customer can terminate his/her membership with Standard Service (Pay per Use Service) any time by written notice. 

The minimal service period formonthly Premium and Business Class membership is 3 months. After the 3rd month, customer can request to change the membership to Standard Service or terminate the membership any timeby written notice. The monthly membership setup fee and account monthly fee is not refundable.

Lifetime Premium or Business Class customer can change or cancel the membership in 30 days after registered. Customer will be charged monthly membership setup fee and the 1st month account fee. The rest of lifetime membership fee will be refunded within 30 business days.

USER CONDUCT

Customer agrees that the use of AIEus.com Service is subject to all applicable local, state, national and international laws and regulations, including but not limited to all U.S. postal regulations, and all regulations set forth by foreign jurisdictions through which you are shipping. Customer agrees not to use the Service for illegal purposes or to ship hazardous or dangerous materials.

AIEus.com will not directly or indirectly, participate in any way in any transaction involving any commodity, software or technology (hereinafter collectively referred to as "item") exported or to be exported from the United States that is subject to the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), the International Trade in Arms Regulations (ITAR). AIEus.com takes every precaution and makes every effort to fully comply with all laws and regulations governing international trade, including the Federal Trade Statistics Regulations (FTSR).

FRAUD PREVENTION

AIEus.com will use commercially reasonable best efforts to prevent any fraudulent use of the AIEus.com service. AIEus.com works diligently to prevent credit card fraud and cancels any Member accounts engaged in such activity and returns the merchandise to the merchant. Customer agrees to provide documents to ensure against fraudinclude but is not limited to: copies of identification and credit cards, purchase evidence, order confirmation etc. Customer also agree to not use of the AIEus.com service for multi-level marketing, pyramid schemes, receiving checks and/money orders, and other business practices easily subject to abuse.

If any account is suspected for illegal or fraud use, AIEus.com may proceed to immediately terminate this Terms of Service and reserves the right to hold all packages of that account up to 3 months.After 3 months, AIEus.com reserves the right to return these packages and charge the return fee, or destroy these packages.

DENIED PERSONS

AIEus.com will not ship to persons and/or entities identified on any U.S. Department of Commerce Denied Persons List, Entity List of proliferation concern, on the US State Department Debarred Parties List or Treasury Department Designated Nationals exclusion list, the BIS "Unverified List" and the "List of Specially Designated Nationals" maintained by the Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control. Nor will AIEus.com ship to any person or entity that is directly or indirectly involved in the financing, commission or support of terrorist activities or in the development or production of nuclear, chemical, biological weapons or in missile technology programs as specified in the U.S. Export Administration Regulations (15 CRF 744).

ACCEPT PACKAGES

AIEus.com will provide the Customer a US mailing address for the Mailbox and Service. Customer agrees not to modify or alter such mailing address. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that AIEus.com has no responsibility or liability for mail, packages or parcels that are not properly addressed according to USPS specifications or this Terms of Service. AIEus.com will not accept "postage due" mail and/or COD packages, items or parcels on behalf of Customer unless Customer has previously arranged and prepaid such acceptance with AIEus.com.

STORAGE

AIEus.com will store packages free of charge for period of up to 30 days from the date of delivery. After the free period, AIEus.com will charge a fee of $0.05 per pound a day for storage (minimal $5 after 30 days of free storage).The maximal storage is up to 90 days. After 90 days, AIEus.com reserves the right to destroy or otherwise dispose of such packages without incurring any liability to you or any other party whatsoever. Storage is not available for prohibited or restricted merchandise that cannot be shipped abroad.

RATES AND CHARGABLE WEIGHT OF PACKAGE

Shipping rate posted on AIEus.com includes FSC (Fuel Surcharge). There is NO hidden charge in our rates. AIEus.com reserves the right to change the shipping rate any time.The weight used in calculating shipping charges is the greater one of actual and dimensional weight of customer’s package. The chargeable weight is calculated in increments of 1 pound.

TAX AND DUTIES

Shipping rates provided by AIEus.com are for door-to-door delivery fee. Customer will be solely responsible for potential tax and duties of your shipment.

INSURANCEAND LIMITATION

AIEus.com provides FREE insurance up to $100. Customer may request to get additional insurance coverage for the shipment by paying additional insurance coverage fee. In no event shall AIEus.com’s aggregate liability exceed $100 per shipment. Insurance and claim service is not available for USPS shipments.
